The Salesian missions in Poxoréo, Mato Grosso have several social works for children, teenagers and young people. We offer professional courses that last from six months to a year. We teach trades in computer, mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, and electrician. For children we have projects that keep them engaged when they are not in school. We help them with academic homework as well as we offer many extracurricular activities like painting, music classes and free play. Moreover, we offer them daily lunch because the majority of the children we serve do not have food to eat at home. We thank the Canadian benefactors for your generous support over the years.
